Adhesives

We coat using acrylic pressure sensitive adhesives for applications that require a permanent, removable, or ultra-removable bond. These adhesives are applied in coat weight capabilities ranging from ½ mils to 5 mils.   For those unique applications we offer heat and cold seal coatings.

We also offer top coatings which would enhance the adhesion property of the coating to accommodate difficult substances such as plastic, films, and vinyls.

Facestock/ Liner

Paper:

We offer many different adhesive coated paper facestocks such as Gloss Litho, Semi Gloss, EDP’s, Thermal Transfer, Direct Thermal, Coated Tags, and Fluorescents.

Films:

For film facestocks we offer such materials as polyester, metallized polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene, and vinyls.

Specialty:

For those unique applications we apply adhesive onto a wide variety of materials such as metallized foils, fabrics, rubber, and foams.

Liner:

Whether combined with any of the facestocks or coated as a self wound, our liner materials range from 30 lb to 100 lb.  Our liners consist of materials such as polyester, poly coated, paper, and imaging.
